Our Story
EBIKE Delight started in 2018 in a small bike repair shop in Sacramento, California. Our founder, Ryan Williams, noticed the same problem every day: e-bike owners were struggling to find reliable, practical information.
Manufacturer manuals were vague. YouTube videos were incomplete. Forum threads were full of conflicting advice. And most “review” sites had never actually touched the bikes they were writing about.
So we built what we wished existed: a single place where every guide is written by someone who has actually done the work — diagnosed the error code, replaced the battery, tested the range, and ridden the bike.
